Held in the jungles of Costa Rica at the luxurious Synergy Retreat Center, this immersive 7-day experience invites you to shed old layers, reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and find clarity — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This journey begins by honoring the vessel — your body — the sacred temple through which your soul expresses. In the first days of the retreat, you’ll be guided through powerful purification practices to realign your physical form. Through a combination of daily yoga, movement, breathwork, clean, high-vibrational food, detoxifying rituals, and somatic healing exercises, we support the release of stagnation, inflammation, and energetic blocks — allowing your body to reset, recharge, and fully receive.

Learn daily tools and rituals to support cellular regeneration, gut healing, hormonal balance, and radiant vitality. This includes teachings on energetics of nourishment, intuitive eating, lymphatic movement, and detox practices for mind-body purification.
Subconscious Reprogramming + Quantum Visualization
Learn to rewire limiting beliefs and patterns through powerful subconscious healing techniques. These sessions guide you into deep brainwave states to install new empowered codes using quantum visualization, emotional release, and neural repatterning practices.
Sacred Ceremonies
Intuitively, thoughtfully created ceremonies by your facilitators that will deepen your connection to yourself. These will include opening & closing ceremonies, breathwork, traditional Shamanic ceremonies, & more.
Yoga and Exercise
Designed for all levels, with a blend of gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, to enhance your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. We ask that you begin a yoga practice prior to the retreat.

Danielle is a leader and entrepreneur in many forms originally from Arizona and now passionately embracing life as an Entrepreneur, Retreat Leader, and Musician/DJ in Costa Rica. As a Reiki and Energy coach, she creates sacred spaces for countless clients to embark on profound healing and expansion journeys. Certified as a yoga teacher, she seamlessly weaves energy work into her transformative classes, nurturing holistic wellness for all.
Danielle guides individuals through subconscious rewiring and quantum leaping, unlocking their potential to soar on their highest timeline. With her expertise, she masterfully deprograms limiting beliefs, helps individuals to heal deep-seated traumas, and empowers others to step into their full radiance. As a trained psychic, Danielle's mission is focused on seeing other's fullest potential and aiding in their ability to access that.

I’m Sara, an Entrepreneur, Certified Heart-Centered Life Coach, growth seeker, a feminine, spiritual queen, and a podcaster. . I’m here to empower you arrive to the knowing that all of the answers you are seeking are already inside of you. And it’s been a journey to arrive here.
Before I was able to help others, I had to arrive back home to myself. I overcame significant self-doubt and low self-worth. I used to wake up everyday overcome with anxiety, fear, and stuck in a spiral of my limiting beliefs.
I led with controlling, wounded masculine energy for as long as I can remember. Not only did I lead with it, I created my identity around it. I thought it was my authentic personality. PLOT TWIST, it isn’t. I was living that way because I thought I had to.
Now, I create sacred containers for women to express themselves freely, push past limiting beliefs and programming, and remember their superpowers and gifts. I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive that weaves multiple modalities into my work with clients.
My dreams are coming TRUE with hosting this retreat with Danielle. This is my purpose, and I can’t wait to transform together.
